Community Volunteering Day
Each year, Australian permanent employees are given an additional holiday. Employees can either take the allocated day off, or book a day of their choice to volunteer in the community, either individually or as a team.
We Care Workplace Giving
At Wolters Kluwer we pride ourselves on caring. We rally behind many initiatives to help support those around us in the community who are less fortunate.
We Care Workplace Giving is another way we can have a greater impact on the causes that matter most to us, our business and that reflect our company values.
What is We Care Workplace Giving?
Our We Care Workplace Giving program has partnered with the following 4 National charities: OzHarvest, Beyond Blue, Cancer Council and Make-A-Wish across Australia.
Workplace Giving is when employees opt to contribute regular donations to a charity from their pre-tax pay (which can be easily administered via payroll).
Wolters Kluwer will also match dollar for dollar any contributions that are made by our employees toward our 4 national charity partners via We Care. Through these partnerships we will also offer opportunities for volunteerism, team building and ongoing education.

Social Club
Some of our locations have a social club who put on a variety of social events in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
The clubs were established to organise recreational activities for everyone to enjoy a fun and entertaining working environment, and to foster better relationships among each other.
The club is committed to providing social networking opportunities for everyone and creating a sense of community within the company.
The benefits of becoming a member include:

Employee Events
Our offices also arrange a number of events employees are welcome to take part in. These activities have ranged from Salvation Army raffles, World’s Greatest Shave, morning teas and Christmas parties.
